SHIPPING POLICY
At Voem Bags by Voemièn, we ensure reliable and efficient shipping solutions for our wholesale partners across Italy, the EU, and internationally.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ITALY)
Orders within Italy are shipped via Bartolini (BRT), ensuring a reliable service with tracking and the ability to modify the delivery address or schedule a pickup at a BRT location. The shipping cost for domestic orders is 3% of the total order amount, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPEAN UNION)
For international orders within the European Union, we rely on FedEx to provide secure and timely deliveries. The shipping cost for EU destinations is 9% of the total order amount, with delivery times estimated between 4 and 9 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
For orders shipped to the United States, we offer the same trusted service through FedEx. The shipping fee is calculated as 15% of the total order amount, with an estimated delivery time between 6 and 12 business days.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your order has been processed, a tracking link will be sent via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time. The order date refers to when the purchase is confirmed on our website, while the shipping date corresponds to when the package leaves our warehouse.
Deliveries can be made to alternative addresses, including offices, retail locations, and business addresses. If shipping to a commercial address, we recommend specifying "C/O + Business Name" for clarity.
ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
For shipments within Italy, BRT allows address modifications even after processing. The tracking link provided via email or SMS enables customers to update delivery details, reschedule a shipment, or redirect it to a BRT pickup point. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, BRT will make three consecutive attempts on business days. If no one is available after the third attempt, the package will be held for seven days, awaiting delivery instructions. If no instructions are received, the package will be returned to the sender.
The courier does not usually call before delivery unless there are difficulties locating the address. If a prior call is required, this request should be mentioned in the order notes at checkout, though it remains at the discretion of the courier.
