RETURN & REFUNDS

At Voem Bags by Voemièn, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a seamless experience for our wholesale partners. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or unsold inventory. However, we do accept returns and offer replacements for damaged or defective items under the conditions outlined below.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories. To initiate a return, please email voembagsbyvoemien@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for the return or replacement process.

Once the damaged item has been received and inspected, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue either a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns of damaged or defective products, Voem Bags by Voemièn will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label. The return must be shipped within 7 business days of approval.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items that have been used, modified, or are missing original packaging
  • Custom-made or private-label products
  • Orders shipped outside of Italy (except for damage claims)
  • Products returned without prior approval

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Wholesale orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All wholesale transactions are considered final sale, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
